Coaching Process Initial Consultation: We offer a free initial consultation to understand your career goals and determine how we can best support you. Customized Coaching Plan: Based on the initial consultation, we will develop a personalized coaching plan tailored to your specific needs and objectives. Ongoing Support: We provide continuous support and guidance throughout your career journey, with regular check-ins and progress assessments. Feedback and Evaluation: We encourage open communication and feedback to ensure that our coaching services meet your expectations and help you achieve your goals. Client Responsibilities To make the most of our coaching services, we ask that you: Be open and honest about your career goals, challenges, and aspirations Actively participate in coaching sessions and complete any assigned tasks or exercises Provide feedback on the coaching process and communicate any concerns or issues Cancellation and Rescheduling We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
